Fees, Terms & Conditions

Our firm charges flat fees for our legal services. Our fees vary based on the individual case. A full refund for, or full credit toward future consultations, will be allowed if notice of cancellation is provided to our office 2 days prior to the start of the consultation. There is no refund or full credit toward legal services once an initial payment is made. The firm also reserves the right to refuse refunds for filing fees that have already been submitted. George P.
