Allison Kranz

Allison provides strategic immigration planning to address her clients’ visa, work, permanent immigration, and citizenship goals. She works with families, professionals, doctors, managers, executives, universities, and students in obtaining nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, as well as permanent resident petitions (green cards) through filing Adjustment of Status Applications, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and PERM labor certifications.

Allison also has extensive experience in H-1B, TN, E-3, O-1, and L-1 applications. She has advised Fortune 500 companies in business immigration matters and acquired critical experience in H-1B visas, L visas, PERM, and U.S. Department of Labor audits.

Her global immigration practice emphasizes the representation of universities and clients in the information technology, financial, national security, and healthcare fields. She partners with companies to create strategic plans, compliance programs, and prevent sanctions.

Allison also gained extensive litigation and family-based immigration experience as an Associate Attorney exclusively practicing immigration law. She preserved family unity through obtaining permanent resident/green cards, waivers, citizenship, international adoption, fiancée visas, and visas for victims of crimes. She also represented clients in Immigration Court for removal and deportation hearings, as well as asylum matters.
