Aleksandra Dragovic
Aleksandra joins George P. Mann & Associates with over eighteen years of high-volume immigration litigation experience gained through practice in the New York and New Jersey Immigration Courts. Aleksandra has a long record of successful case outcomes in her removal defense and family-based immigration practice. She values and respects the litigation process and practices and enjoys spending time in the courtroom. She has assisted several hundred individuals in obtaining and preserving legal status in the United States. In New York, Aleksandra earned a strong reputation for care and integrity when presenting cases before the Immigration Court. She is extremely straightforward and honest in her client interactions, and she thoroughly enjoys helping people solve their immigration-related problems.
Aleksandra’s draw to immigration law is born from her personal history. She immigrated to the United States from former Yugoslavia and Canada, as a young child, alongside her parents, who built their careers as medical doctors, first in Canada and then in the United States. She understands the complexities of the immigration process because she experienced it firsthand. When she is not practicing law, Aleksandra enjoys barre and HIIT, walking/running, paddle boarding, reading psychological thrillers, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
